Gearing Up For Stitches West!

Getting everything ready for Stitches West and excited to head up to Santa Clara. We are in Booth #942 this year.

This is a big year at Stitches for Yarn Pop as it is our 1 year anniversary! We launched our product last year at Stitches and what a great ride it has been so far. This year we are brining more fabric patterns and more stock! There will also be a sneak peak of the new product line, “Gadgety” Yarn Pop, which will be available to purchase in March/April. Please come by our booth and give your feedback!

Over at Honestly Now, they decided to curate a gift guide that features businesses run by women. The list of companies over there is amazing, and I will definitely be getting some of my gifts from the businesses over there. Yarn Pop is on the list, and we are honored to be part of such a great list.

Stitches West

It looks like the beginning of 2012 is going to be busy! We will be starting at Vogue Knitting and will then move right into Stitches West in February. We’ll be getting our booth information soon and will post it here. We will have new patterns and product offerings (larger sizes and needle cases that fit inside your Yarn Pop and can hold needles and notions nicely.

We’re excited to be showing at Stitches West again. It was our launching place this year, so it will be our 1 year anniversary. Definitely be on the lookout for some fun things we’ll be doing at our booth to celebrate.

Vogue Knitting Live – New York!

We will be at Vogue Knitting Live – NYC in January. Really excited to meet our customers on the East Coast, please come by and say hello! We’ll be launching some new products while we are there and will have new patterns for our Spring line.

Re-Stocking!

A week after Sock Summit and we are finally able to re-stock the Yarn Pop store. Most of the new patterns that were debuted at Sock Summit are up, a few more will be added throughout the week.

Vogue Knitting Live LA – We’ll Be There!

As I flew back from Sock Summit I found out that Yarn Pop got a booth space at Vogue Knitting Live in LA! We will be there in September with some of our current designs, and will be showing some new designs for the show. One of them will help you with larger projects like sweaters. Our booth number is 79, and we will be posting more updates as it gets closer. I’m really excited to be part of this fun show with amazing classes and vendors.

The weekend is almost here, and I plan to break into some Sock Summit yarn. I’m also hoping to finish the large shawl I’m working on (the largest I’ve ever attempted). Will show the results here when I get to the finish line.

Back From Sock Summit

We just arrived home from Sock Summit last night! What an amazing show to be part of. We met the greatest people, saw amazing creations and learned a lot about socks. As a vendor, I didn’t take any classes, but through my customers I learned a lot of cool things. The teachers who came by were incredible and the energy of the entire convention center was awesome!

It was fun to see that we were sharing the hall with the OSCON show (Open Source Conference). As someone who also does tech things, along with my husband, we were both enjoying the cross over.

Will post more soon. In the meantime, here is a picture of the booth!
